Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KKGet desktop application and the kkget website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or purchasing KKGet, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

KKGet is a desktop download manager for Windows (macOS coming soon). A free version is available with a limited feature set. KKGet Pro is unlocked with a paid license key.

2. License

• KKGet Pro is sold as a one-time purchase granting a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license.
• One license key may be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously. Devices can be deactivated in-app to free up activation slots.
• You may not resell, share, or publish your license key. We reserve the right to revoke keys that show signs of abuse (e.g. mass activation attempts or public distribution).

3. Delivery

Your license key is delivered immediately after payment: it is displayed on the post-checkout confirmation page and sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not receive it, contact us and we will resend it.

4. Refund policy

Because the license key is a digital good delivered instantly and usable immediately, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable. A fully functional free version is available so you can evaluate KKGet before buying.

Notwithstanding the above, if a payment is refunded or disputed through the payment provider, the associated license key is automatically revoked and all its device activations are removed.

5. Acceptable use

KKGet is a general-purpose download tool. You are solely responsible for the content you download and for complying with applicable laws and the terms of the websites you download from. You may not use KKGet to infringe copyright or access content unlawfully.

6. Updates and availability

A Pro license includes all future updates of the application. License activation and verification require an internet connection; the app tolerates temporary offline periods.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date.
